Service Description
4week Beginner Series When: Tuesday evenings Time: 7-8 pm Dates: April 12-May 3, 2022 Investment: $60 Limit: 7 people For those brand new to yoga, or for those with some yoga experience wanting to work on healthy, safe alignment. Beginners yoga will introduce you to yoga poses, breath, mindfulness, and simple transitions between poses. Each class in the series builds on the last class, as such, the series classes are not open for drop-in. Please Preregister as space is limited to 7 people. It will fill up quickly. Register now to save your spot. special events are nonrefundable
Cancellation Policy
Group Classes: Please cancel within 2 hrs of the start of class or as soon as you know that you can't make it to class. Space is limited to 5 people and there is a wait list to attend classes. Thank you for your anticipated cooperation Special Events/Series: Must be paid in full at time of registration. Special events/series are nonrefundable. please contact for extenuating circumstances.
