Service Description

75 min Gentle Yoga class w/ Guided Meditation *A 55min Gentle Flow Yoga Practice with an additional 20min guided meditation at the end. *Come enjoy Candlelight GENTLE Yoga class with poses that offer stretching and relaxation. The class consists of regular yoga poses along with Yin and Restorative poses. After the GENTLE class we will have a 20min guided meditation. * Space is limited to 7people, so please register early to save your spot. *special events are nonrefundable

Cancelation Policy

Group Classes: Please cancel within 2 hrs of the start of class or as soon as you know that you can't make it to class. Space is limited to 5 people and there is a wait list to attend classes. Thank you for your anticipated cooperation Special Events/Series: Must be paid in full at time of registration. Special events/series are nonrefundable. please contact for extenuating circumstances.
