Service Description
Practice includes yoga poses, breath, mindfulness, and connecting poses with various slow flow (moving) transitions. Practice moves slower than the regular flow class. Modifications are offered through out the practice to bring poses into your body safely and thoughtfully.

Cancelation Policy
Group Classes: Please cancel within 2 hrs of the start of class or as soon as you know that you can't make it to class. Space is limited to 5 people and there is a wait list to attend classes. Thank you for your anticipated cooperation Special Events/Series: Must be paid in full at time of registration. Special events/series are nonrefundable. please contact for extenuating circumstances.
